Bumper Mounting Hardware Kit – Stainless Steel with Custom Nylon Interface Washers for Jeep Wagoneer, Grand Wagoneer, Cherokee & J-Truck

This Jeep SJ bumper mounting hardware kit is designed for customers installing restored or replacement chrome bumpers on classic Full-Size Jeeps. The kit includes premium stainless steel fasteners along with Jeep Heritage–developed nylon interface washers, engineered to improve fitment and protect the bumper finish during installation.

The custom laser-sintered nylon washers are slightly domed to compensate for the natural curvature of SJ bumpers. Installed between the carriage bolt head and the chrome surface, they help distribute load evenly, improve seating, and reduce localized stress—details refined through Jeep Heritage’s in-house restoration work.
